First of all, let me say.. this could be an awesome game if it weren’t for the fact that if you have money to burn on a game, then that’s the only way you’ll truly gain the best experience playing. The difference between the haves and have not’s is as wide as the Atlantic Ocean. Be prepared to be farmed by the rich members who progress to the higher levels faster than you can say ‘where was that defensive shield and why does it cost 1000 diamonds’. I’ve played for over 300 days now, and I’m at the point where being zero’d daily while I’m asleep is beyond a joke.

I have been playing almost a year now. I started as free to play but over time became competitive and have spent upward of a couple thousand dollars. I am considered an average spender. I can play for up to ten hours a day. I really enjoy playing the game. But definitely the developers are very greedy, constantly bringing out more things to make you pay to compete with others. The whales in the game can spend around $4k just to get wings decor for the fortress. It’s very hard to compete with that. So you join a big alliance with whales so you can grow faster with them. But now I am seeing many whales quickly the game because they are tired of the pay to win features. Strategy means you study ways to make a strong lineup to beat others. People on the old servers say it was good and able to use more strategy but now, its a lot to pay to win. I don’t mind paying to play a game I enjoy and can even put up with not being able to keep up with the big spenders. But the prices are ridiculous. Paying $99 US for packs that you need to buy around 10 of just to keep up is becoming a joke. I have a newer account only 2 seasons below my main that is more expensive for the same things. Listen to the people because your now losing even your big spenders because of being so greedy. Try making it a little fair. You might even make a greater profit if people felt they are getting what they pay for. But making it exclusively so expensive to people who can afford it seems not to be inclusive. My friend played for only 3 seasons before she had enough and spent $500 a day!!

A nice remake of an old platform. Everything is familiar but just a little different. Packs sure aren’t getting cheaper.

I REALLY LOVE IT. IT IS ADDICTED. But why I don't get the update where it should be updated? Please let me update this game. I want to play more!

If you need help that’s why support is supposed to be there for … but that’s like pulling teeth and they always blame your device not there in house problems. Then ask for a rating

Refund I paid for 1 item I ended up being charged twice so I requested a refund through apple

Since I did the update on the 14th of August I have been unable to access the game for 12 hours now. Contacted support and have had no response. Very disappointed as I have put a lot of time and energy into the game and if I get zeroed because I can’t access it I may as well just quit. Just a quick update, it’s now been 24 hours and customer service still can’t be bothered to reply.

Great game spend about 100 dollars and be in for some good gaming only thing I don’t like is you can be attacked by people with a lot higher levels there should be a cap on this if your level 18 and 5 million you should not be allowed to be attacked by level 30 and 20 million I find that wrong and takes along time to grow and can be very costly great game to kill time and grow I enjoy it only spent 60 dollars o far maybe another 100 and I’ll be up there bit if you enjoy gaming and want to be on it all the time I think you should pay to use it just like candy crush

Great game and have played for 824 days consecutive. Keep track of credit card payments as over the last month I have had $110.90 come out of my bank account for purchases with a total price of $25.97. Tech support for this is a waste of time. When you request refund for packs not purchased they will lock you out
