Part of my troops and building went missing. Did submit to customer service but no respond. I hope this problem can solve ASAP 😡😡😡
Bad customer Service
Of coz, I have contacted in game admin on the missing rss & rewards. Todate, the admin still requested me to proof the things I have clicks. Don’t you think this is a silly joke? They are the admin and server controller. They could not check. So to get you to the next level you need to buy. Do you think this is right? Case is still with your customer service.

Not so fair, fair game.
Honestly not a terrible game. It is fair, with fair gameplay and fair graphics.Actually took an interest to it, with encouragement from others. But recent implementation of sudden 18+ notice makes it unfair for those not of age, or without id card. The game is labeled 9+. But apparently I guess it isn’t. Also threatening to ban those accounts regardless of in game purchases with no reimbursement? Seems to me like a scam, perhaps breach of contract. A waste of my time. And time is valuable. Honestly Disappointed.
