My castle 30 was bound to Facebook game Center and mobile but today I logged in and it has switched all my binds over to a new castle in the kingdom they were supposed to merge mine with. Now I cannot get into my original castle

Stay clear of this game. It’s all about money and they do nothing to help when you contact them for support. Only out to get your cash and help the Chinese players. STAY CLEAR

te game is nice but every time they made bad update, they looking only at money.

Facebook bind error locks out account. Real money spent and can’t access my hard work.
Deleting Reviews
Instead of deleting reviews how about you look at them and do something about it. Stop money grabbing with these ridiculous updates and start listening to your players. I wrote a coherent review about the money grabbing developers of this game in a lot more details but it seems to have been removed.
Broken
Your game is broken downloaded several times and never connected to server goes to black screen and kicks me out
COE does not care about players
I los my account few days back during the migration event because they unbind my Facebook and Google disabled my account without reason. Instead of helping me out after investing tomes of moneys in this game they decide md to ignore me. See for yourself as I will leave pictures below
Give back free ports
The developers of this game do nothing to help . It takes days if not longer to get a reply , Game is full of bugs . When you have account binding issues although you send proof of purchase they still do nothing to help . Each up date they take away more rewards and make it much harder for free play , don’t waste time and money on this game . The costumer service is poor at best , for the amount they make you would think they would help players . Servers die fast as they open 2 new a week . Many more farms much better than this . With a better help support .
No customer service, allows cheats
This game is now dominated by Chinese bots who sell resources . The packs in China are cheaper allowing them to dominate the game. I want my Money back
A great game now broken
What was once the best game has been broken by Chinese bots and resource sellers. I have filed a report with clear proof of selling and nothing has been done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
