Bad customer services, stressful

I’ve never used last minute.com before but I will use them again. To be able to get in touch with someone and have the customer care deal with any issue is exactly what I need when booking a holiday. Well done and thank you for the help and support

I strongly advise against using lastminute.com for your travel needs. My experience with the app was highly disappointing and left me feeling scammed. It failed to provide crucial information such as check-in times and boarding gate closures, resulting in me missing my flight due to unrealistic layover times. Despite being referred back to lastminute.com by the airline, they couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation for their oversight. Avoid using this application at all costs to prevent unreliable travel arrangements and the risk of missing your flight. I installed this app as it provides Apple pay and for a while it was good. Issues you get is if have a flexible ticket and need to change or cancel. The app does not provide in-app messaging and they will ignore your request. When chatting with support they will pretend to have sent the email... So they are not entirely an honest organisation.

Why do you offer dates which you don’t have to then book to then take money and can’t give instant refund. As ino have to wait for a refund. Dnt think I’ll be using this poor service again
