lastminute.com: holiday deals

My first time booking with Last Minutes. There was changes made by the airline. The agent was very responsive and supportive to get the best alternative flights for me. So happy about its services and would definitely recommend to anyone.

This website is completely bogus. I just asked for the date change quotation. And they said they gonna charge €207 for that so I simply rejected it. Inspite of my asking still the website charged the cost from my card and changed the date. And when I raised the complaint they are saying that I accepted the change request. When I asked them to send me the prove they simply ignored that. Totally fraud I contacted later and raised compain as well. But when I told them with all timeframe and date, the cc agent behaved very rudely and said they have the proof but as per security reason they cant share me that.

It’s really the best value I’ve found on line. Thankyou

Do not get this company ever! I have cancel my flight and they gave me 90% voucher not including the beg I paid and also all the extras I paid on lastminute.com. Scam scam scam ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I don’t user GBP. Is this app developed by radical brexiteers? I can’t change the default currency to EUR. Uninstalling the app.

There are two sides of the Lastminute app and service 1. From end, great prices, relatively simple to use 2. If something is wrong there is no chat in the app, there is no email and to find and to contact them over the phone is nearly impossible. There I give it 3-4 stars. All they need is just updated support endgame to over the chat integrated in to the app and website as simple as that.

I had a terrible experience with Lastminute.com It has the worst costumer service. My flight got cancelled and it took them ages to rebook. Initial I was like a tennis ball b/w the Agency and the airline. Nobody was rebooking it for me. Finally after so many phone calls Lastminute booked it for me which got cancelled again and I was informed both by the airline and Lastminute about the cancellation. I asked for a refund eventually as there was no further flights available for a month. Alternatively I took another long haul flight with multiple transits to reach my distinction which was exhausting. Now after about three weeks when a logged on to my lastminute account to check any update on the refund I saw a note that I am not eligible for a refund as the flight operated on the selected travel dates and they are sorry for the miscommunication. . I checked with the airline and they confirmed that my flight was cancelled and I am eligible for a full refund. It is utterly ridiculous and very unprofessional. I wish I would have never used this Agency

Just utterly garbage

We booked flights to Malta via lastminute.com Nearly had to pay for new return flights as Ryanair booked on our behalf by lastminute.com didn’t recognise booking ID given to us by last minute! We spent hours and hours over several days to get to talk to both companies with no answers and ended up paying €110 extra because we couldn’t check in online! Don’t use them they make contact so difficult the frustrating will kill you

It’s been more than month my refund got confirmed but I haven’t received any travel credit till today. When I visit on my booking it keeps on saying the refund is delayed due to technical issues. There is no way to communicate With them as well. Really frustrating!!
