Where to begin…. Text fields are not opening the keyboard so I had to copy/paste EVERY SINGLE TEXT INPUT. then, seat selection was a fail, as you had to select a confirmation button and the scroll back up to close said confirmation option. Not to forget the app displaying a “not authorized to display the URL” after payment. And that’s just the worst parts… UI looks good, but UX is horrible. APIs are obviously in dying need of a refacto. Come on guys, you are a big company, you deserve a better product (or more funds for your product team).

Very good company But often the website do not function - is there a reason?

Muito ruim, reservei um voo, tenho direito a modificações, e só porque moro no exterior, só consigo fazer nada pelo app e nem pelo site

Nous avions des sièges choisis. Ils ont été changés. Impossible de les modifier. Nous sommes 3 non regroupés désormais pour un vol de 12 h . Nous appréhendons et sommes très déçus

L application se ferme toute seule donc on ne peut rien faire…merci de régler ce problème.cordialement

Impossible d’acheter un billet sur le site web et l app. Il a le message d’erreur su mon portable , mon téléphone et mon ipad
