Laggy outdated app
Cant even use the app to book an appointment. Doesnt load past 'Select a Date'. Cant merge from my old account. Still have to fill out details in store. Pretty useless.

Lay Bare Plus goes beyond hair-removal with the range of skin treatments made to make our clients look and feel their best and if you’re planning to give yourself an extra TLC, Silk by Lay Bare is a waxing boutique dedicated to offering premium waxing services and carefully-curated skincare treatments.

It’s pretty simple actually! First, register with your complete details. Select the service your wish to book, choose the branch, date, time, and staff. Come on time for your appointment and don’t forget to leave feedback after your service to let us know how we’re doing.

Wasn’t really loading
App is so buggy. I don’t see the point of booking an appointment online when the app just kept loading. Had to install/uninstall. Imagine dealing with this monthly.
Unable to book appointment
It always say “no technician available” no matter what date and service I pick. Please fix the app
can’t book service
I cannot book 2 services. Always saying there already a similar booking active
Always crashes
The app always crashes. You have to always troubleshoot (delete the app and re-download) then the salon wants to require to set appointment here 🥲 Maybe fix/optimize the app first?
Needs improvement
They require booking online but the app is so glitchy. You need to always sign out to book. Such hassle.

HASSLE!!!!!! Puro bugs! Di maayos. NOT USEFUL AT ALL! Pa try nyo muna sa owner bago iimplement to. NAPAKA HASSLE!!! Required required pa bago makpag book. Di naman maayos app nyo! Kailangan lagi ireinstall? Tapos di pa rin okay. Bwiset! Nakakasira ng araw! Lagi nalang paulit ulit
Bad experience
The app keeps loading
Useless
Don’t make aps na useless
Inconvenient and very buggy app.
It does not make appointments convenient at all. A number of features were unavailable. Downloaded app was on its latest version and despite the high speed internet, mobile pages were stuck buffering. I could leave my phone on the appointment’s page for hours and it has not proceeded to the next page. I’ve been trying for three straight days to use the app. Makes it terrible when you’re already at the store and staff would insist getting your booking done via app, and not entertain walk in clients.
