Shet won't let me make account they trash I'll jst use after pay or zip lol

Resetting passwords gives you no time before it continuously makes you reset again as link times out - frustrating and useless to me

Your app is very broken and doesn’t integrate payments properly with website apis leading to failed transactions/purchases.

I cannot order anything, my account is fully paid, my bank account has sufficient funds and it still will not let me order anything for the last month

Terrible Customer service been emailing them for months still no answer and they suspended my account

never used this but had it for a year or so. notified account suspended so tried to reactive but they asked for complete documentation via an unsecured email despite already doing it via their supposed secure website. have cancelled account and deleted the app and now i’m hoping my funds don’t disappear off of my bank account. seems suspect to me and would not recommend any company that replies on unsecured email for identity document transmission. absolutely cannot recommend. also can i just say, customer service slow and very lacking and actually rather rude and dismissive.

The new version of the app is below average. You can’t change your payment method per week anymore. You need to go to the order itself to make a change and it doesn’t even update to show your new payment method. It just says you have changed your payment method but still shows your old card. The features in this version feel it’s gone backwards. It doesn’t even show you your remaining balance at a glance anymore. I wish i didn’t update to this version.

Got to the end of the process of signing up, asks for license details, then says sorry can’t let you sign up, then takes you back to the first screen to start the process again, no reason why you can’t sign up!

I will login to the app and then it says hold to verify you’re a human. I do that and it makes me do my email and password again and again. Waste of time trying to log in. Can’t use the safari to do it, have to download the app. Big muck around. It is stupid to make people download an app instead of having more than one option. 1 star rating.
