This a game changer app for my business. Having able to run all my messages, sms emails from all my platforms is amazing I love this app

I used to love this app…. But then it had an “upgrade” and seriously “down graded” so frustrating. Even after reading messages and responding the “red dot” will still show a number. Eg 17 then randomly May disappear. I use to have the optio to click the check marks “done” and the message disappeared but the conversation was not deleted. Now only delete is an option. I think the functions differently on apple vs other products too. For such an incredible platform, the app is disappointing on many levels. Praying for improvement.

Frustrating that you can’t back date appointments in the calendar that may have occurred but were not entered in the calendar correctly. The mobile app does not seem to work as smoothly as the desktop version. In a previous version of the app it colour coded if the appointment was confirmed or showed. It was a nice feature to take a quick glance at how the day went.

I have tried everything to remove the three ‘unread’ message notifications, but they continue to appear. Also the message/chat system doesn’t work as well as the online system. GHL online is AMAZING, but this app needs a lot of improvement.

Helps connect everything but is very clunky. Sometimes freezes and drops calls. Limited actions while using your mobile device.

Words cannot describe how great this system is…but I’ll try. We’re talking about a user friendly setup that connects flawlessly with all my social media platforms. It’s a one stop shop and the support staff courteous, knowledgeable and ready to help you win. I’m deeply grateful, thank you

… but unfortunately sometimes I don’t get any notifications and sometimes there’s a notification badge showing but I can’t find what it’s for.

Super glitchy app. Freezes all the time. I wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t know is it just me but do you get notifications from the app whenever you get a text reply? I don’t get any sort of notifications from the app.
