Since the last update, app stopped registering the other measurements, can only get my weight. Now I can’t even login to the app. I’ve reset password a number of times as well.

I had been happily used this app with my scale and i didn’t use it for 3 weeks due to recent oversea trip and tried to use it again since I came back, it seems working fine but then it doesn’t sync with Health app or any other apps. I’ve been inputting the data manually. It needs to be fixed asap.

Not working with newest update

This app does not sync with Bluetooth scale. Returning scale.

I bought this scale last fall. The first time I stepped on it, everything registered and recorded on the app. After that, it would never record anything. It connects to the app, and shows the weight on the app, but does not keep it. It also does not record or even show any of the other data. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it, to no avail. I have left feedback on the app and never heard back. So instead of taking up space on my phone, I’m deleting the app. The scale still works just fine, for showing me how much I weigh, and that’s all I need.

Only worked once on measurements now it’s just a weight scale only. DO NOT BUY USELESS

I enjoyed the app while it worked but I think the company that developed the app is no longer in business. The app fails to connect to the server and the scale.

I have had this for a few years and loved it but now it shows the weight but will not show anything else nor will it record to the phone app.

Won’t even pair with the scale. What’s the point
