After using the scale, app is now showing the 12 measurements results anymore (on the dashboard display). Only shows body weight and BMI! What happened?

The scale and Leaone app have aided a great deal in calculating body numbers such as BMI, V-Fat, and more. Having a visual and explanation of the numbers is awesome. I highly recommend.

Totally unusable app. Complete garbage

I have been trying to reset my password and they send the verification code 30- 60 minutes later. You only have 3 minutes to retrieve and enter the code. Now I am unable to use the app

Leaone app will not let me join after downloading. App support page does not exist. So far it’s a piece’o junk. Scale works so I give it a 1 out of 5.

Issue immediately arise when trying to complete registration. The interface doesn’t show a keyboard for you to type in credentials. Can’t even create an account to properly view data collected from the scale

On the step in the account setup where the user is asked to enter a nickname, the dialog box is obscured by the keyboard. There is no way to dismiss the keyboard in order to submit the nickname and move on. I tried to use the Submit Feedback form to let them know of this issue but the submit button doesn’t work on the feedback form! There are so many very basic bugs in this app that it is essentially useless. Hard to believe it ever made it to the App Store in the shape it is in.
