I used this 2weeks ago topped up €10 still not showing up on system.

Very unreliable too up using saved card details, secure payment verification keeps failing

Scanning isn’t working for iPhone 13

Click on open scanner, loading appears and nothing happens

I can’t use my phone to put more money in the leap card . No point to have this app

Been having problems topping up for months, after I try to pay I just get and error and it doesn’t load, nothing I can do. I’ve tried all the obvious solutions and talked to support multiple times but they haven’t got a clue how to fix it and don’t seem to care.

Have tested on multiple phones. Completely broken on iOS17. Deleted, reinstalled and still the same. Please provide a new release to support 17.

Still can’t get past the secure3dframe page, it just times out and cancels. Is there a time frame on fixing that? Really really inconvenient

It is the most useless app I’ve ever seen. Very poorly developed. It provides zero access to necessary settings. You seriously need to review your priorities on what to invest time and money regarding UX/UI guys.

I have this app since I moved here and always worked great without any issues. But recently they changed the way they charge your card, now you have to open your bank app to confirm the purchase which I don’t mind, but many times I tried to top up my card and I can’t. I do all the process, but in the end says that the page can’t be opened. Many times I lost my bus/dart because I couldn’t top up my leap card and had to go to spar to top up, or kept trying for more than 30 min.
