My previous LF925 monitor stopped working so I bought another. Now after a few weeks the second monitor stopped working too. Without the monitor, this app won’t work either. It looks like there was an update that broke the wi-fi connection. Many people online recently had the same problem.

This monitor is honestly a piece of junk. We have had nothing but problems with it. We are on our second one as the first one was replaced by the company and it’s still awful. The app is awful. It never saves any of the videos. Rarely notifies of movement and sound, even when settings are set to detect everything. Always having connection issues. We chose this monitor because it was supposed to be reliable. It is not reliable and there is always something wrong. Don’t waste your money on this monitor.

App continually takes long time to load and often needs to be shut down and reopened to load/connect. Volume starts full blast regardless of phone volume. Company says the are going to fix the volume problem and never do in the updates.

App was working and no issue till 2 weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work on my phone which is iOS 18. It’s less than 2 years old. Very inconvenient

App was working great when I first bought it, up until today. Works on my husband’s phone even with the new IOS18 update. Going to see if I can return it. Not impressed. Instructions on the site and the manual are trash.

Parking mode randomly glitches and stops working on iOS. This is frustrating because then we can’t get any sound notifications on our parent viewer.

The app won’t work on my new phone. I did what the other reviews said I’m so frustrated

Do not buy this product, no support, doesn’t connect to your phone, complete waste of money.

I can’t even watch past event because it says not found every time. I can’t even find out how my baby hurt herself because I can’t rewatch the recording..
