Educational Games for Kids

I love to love this app but as soon as I do the free trial the app doesn’t work at all it say keep loading.

I can’t get into the stories. It kept saying “downloading”.

Money wasted. Tried this app twice and it never works properly. Cannot access stories EVER!!

Too expensive though.

Great app for stories for children

First off, I do not even know how I was charged $30 for the yearly plan when all we have viewed are literally the seven “free stories” . I went to my settings in the iTunes on my phone and all it states is that my subscription will be renewed in June for $30 . NO OPTION TO CANCEL ! The only Option it gives me on my phone is to view the different payment plans . I am hoping that I can log in to this app online somehow which I don’t even know the username or log into my iTunes account and get this resolved .

Kids love it

The app does not let you log out of the app after you have logged in. very annoying as I have to put my phone off so I can exit the app!

App use to work. Now we can’t access our app even though we are on a ACTIVE membership….. Deleting this and requesting a refund!
