I bought subscription to read the stories for my girl but when I press read for me, it asks me to make a purchase again.

I love to love this app but as soon as I do the free trial the app doesn’t work at all it say keep loading.
Good idea apps but so slow!!!!
I can’t get into the stories. It kept saying “downloading”.
Never works
Money wasted. Tried this app twice and it never works properly. Cannot access stories EVER!!
Kids love it.
