Just says problem processing your request

The idea of this app is clever. That is was I was exited to see it is a thing. That excitement soon disappeared when it would not let me add my paper hours, despite it being an option. I do not understand why, with so many bad reviews, the app stays the way it is and users are not listened to. I tried calling DOT to get help at about 2.30pm (not even peak call time) but after 20 minutes on hold I decided I have better things to do with my life then listen to a robot tell me to download the app. Please fix the issues. The apps other states get look great.

Who would have guessed that the government can’t make an something that works properly. Terrible app that barely works, glitches and is an awful alternative to the log book.

Horrible app doesn’t even work half the time there is no auto full option for the password and every time I open the app it takes forever to login. The inside app itself is terrible and is always crashing on me. Shouldn’t even advertise to use this. not worth anyone’s time just get the paper book.

You would think that a government app would be well made and wouldn’t have constant issues. It does not let you stay logged in, and password autofill doesn’t work for it either. There is often a schemervalidation error: deleting and re-downloading the app fixes this, but it keeps coming back. Sometimes the app will glitch and your trip will be paused, making your drive not record at all. Your session also expires after a while, often during a trip, and you have to log back in. This app needs to be fixed and improved, and if you think that getting the app is a better alternative to the paper log-book, you may be wrong. The paper can’t have as many problems as this app

The app is very annoying. It logs out during a trip. It regularly times out. The paper book can’t be edited. Not convenient to use. Please do something.

Trying to log a trip that’s obviously longer than the minimum and tells me “must be longer than 10 Minutes” Please fix this!

Not only does the app randomly log you out, and even occasionally break and require a reinstall, but it also sometimes fails to record driving time, and is extremely slow and inefficient to navigate. This should not be that hard of an app to develop, please make it better!
