Trains stop when connection is dropped
Some sounds get old fast. Unfortunately only the smartphone produces the sound not the model/hub.
This is extremely disappointing PLEASE FIX IT: Trains come to a halt when the connection is lost, especially this is also true for the dedicated remote control! How are kids supposed to build tracks between their rooms and send trains between them, board and unboard passengers/ cargo send the train back? This worked with infrared receivers in the past!
Trains also halt when the smartphone is locked or the app is closed.
Above bare minimum
It has pemade controls, coding, and is certainly worse than a computer app, but is still better than expected. Unless youve spent over 250 on lego, this apps for you
One of the code blocks are not working properly!
I was coding a rc car till I noticed something about the steering it doesn’t work properly. SO I deleted the block and replaced it The problem is almost fix is it just the fact that the code block is not working properly…I think.
I am super disappointed
I was gonna use the app to control this custom train I built (it has 2 powered up l motors). The hub responded to the app, but the motors were not being controlled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Do NOT get this app if you are using it to control a custom build that uses powered up.
Doesn’t work at all
So I trying to connect but my 42176 Lego car would not connect at all and handset works than my car and need a update to test it again and hopefully it connect my car to it if not it would be so annoying and would never use this until it works
great app! but it needs 1 feature.

looks cute but the motor controls on holiday main street do not move the trolley. disappointed, uninstalling
Poor design
As a new customer to power up, I was excited to use it on one of my sets. It was easy to install and hook up after that……..unless you have delt with power up before it leaves you in the dark. There are no options to tell you what each brick does in the coding section so you get to learn by trail and error or online research.
Awesome thing
I have the Freight train and the high speed train and it goes much faster then the regular controller. And also with the additional sound effects are awesome. I have a small LEGO city, and I love it. GOOD JOB LEGO
