The app itself is mostly fine but why do members have to re-submit our detail (twice!) to book a leisure swim?

Update - recent update means it now takes about five clicks to book a course and I get a confirmation email that I don’t need. How can the app have gone backwards! The card to pass the gym barrier is only within the app. I don’t want to bring my phone into the gym because the lockers don’t lock. I wear an Apple Watch as many gym members do yet there is no Apple Watch app.

So many areas to improve. Needs thorough qa and update

Can’t log in to use this or book anything and my emails are not being answered to help me

Courts were double booked on Tues 2nd 5pm to 6pm causing too many people to turn up at the same time, and much frustration all round . If we lose faith in the squash court booking system then it is a major problem for squash in Saffron Walden please can you resolve it as soon as possible? Thank you. Not uncommon for the lane swim time tables presented by the app to be wrong.

I find very very hard to login to book for swimming

One of the worse apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Can’t even log in to it. Reset password just doesn’t send an email. Had to set up a new account with a different email address and then manually change it to mine, worked for a day and now it just spews some server sync error garbage when I try and log in. Reminds me of the type of software you get with a cheap piece of electrical equipment from China. Pure garbage, should be ashamed.

The function to add booked classes to your calendar does not work!
