Why is is so hard to create an account? I can’t use any of this apps features without signing in and can’t find the place to create an account. Dumb app.

Worst app I used!

That should be their motto for this app. What a joke. How can a reputable company like Lennox put their name on an this product? It’s a useful tool if it works but it will never load when you need to use it and that makes it useless.

This app crashes almost every time I use, loads extremely slow, will hardly load a service manual without crashing 10 times, not impressed at all

Often doesn’t load regardless of wifi or cell network strength. When it does load it’s usually very slow. I find it faster to use the website via my phone browser. It could be a very useful tool if it actually worked…

So many times it just hasnt worked, and usually when you really need it too, load times are atrocius, error code look up doesnt work if you put the “E” in(really poor). Quite frankly whoever they’ve hired to manage this for them should be fired and replaced with a more competent team

I have to reload this app weekly. Otherwise it just spins like it’s trying to load and find information. When it works it’s fine, but very frustrating deleting the app and reloading it weekly.

Useful tool but too many crashes and need to reinstall every time you try to use, wont reopen

Hire professionals to fix this junk you call an application. It is a crappilation.

App logs you out at any chance it gets and good luck logging back in on the first or 50th try. Would be a great app it it worked properly
