Lenz heat_app

J'ai des batteries et des chaussettes chauffantes Lenz neuves et l'application ne les voit pas malgré que j'ai suivi toute la procédure demandée. À 350$ la batterie et 200$ les chaussettes, j'espèrais mieux.

App on iPhone is working correctly but it’s lacking the Apple Watch connectivity that could greatly improve the overall experience with adjustment on the wrist instead of taking the iPhone out of the pocket each time you want to adjust the equipment. If I have to replace my equipment some day, for sure I’ll look for that connectivity.

I dont know why, but after 30 minutes or so, after i initiate heating from my app (apple) my socks are automaticly shut down. My feet starts to chill, I check the app and socks are off. I tested them sitting on a chair, not moving (to make sure i wasn’t accidentely pressing button on battery pack). No luck they always shutt off ( high temp, low temp, indicator light on or off, intermitent on or off) I only used them 10 times… and always the same results

Please fix this. Seems to be a long standing issue based on other reviews from over a year ago. I’m considering returning the socks as a result.

Not sure if it’s iOS 17 or the new app but the app is now useless and can’t find my Bluetooth batteries any longer.

The sock heaters keep resetting via the app and basically constantly need to reboot the app because the socks turn off. I’ve asked numerous times for assistance and really have gotten nowhere, total waste to buy the heaters with bluetooth connectivity, save the hassle and just manually operate. What a waste of huge money. Complete regret. Update: now at next ski season and still no updated app to fix the constant bluetooth connectivity. I’ll be looking for a different product next time.

The app keeps crashing! I also keep receiving a pop up saying I’m not registered, I am!

I updated the app recently because it was crashing at least once every time I opened it, hoping that a newer version would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not, and on top of that there is now a passive aggressive nag screen that pops up trying to get me to register the product. 5 stars for convenience, but minus 3 stars for the crashing and nagging.

Je les aime, mais pour des bas à 400$ vous auriez pu faire attention aux fautes dans l’application!
