Wonderful pace. Very attainable at home. I’m a mom with a 2 year old toddler & we do this together. I get movement in my body and she gets to witness a mom who’s intentionally moving. Really like having minimal narrations and the pre-demo videos of the next movement are extremely helpful.

This program has allowed me to reach and surpass my macro goal to a functional health fitness prospective. I am 38 years old and I now move with more was and less pain than before. I recommend this program for all fitness level athletes young and old alike.

This app is so well put together and easy to navigate and adjust! The content is even better if possible- I feel stronger and more agile than I have in years after one month, and I started with the beginner moves. Highly recommend for older women like me in the 50ish age range - a true game changer.

I have been exercising almost daily for more than 30 years, so I’ve done lots of different things over the years. I really really like the LeoMoves app because it has so many very interesting and unusual exercises. It also has a lot of flexibility and that you can change one exercise in the series to something much harder or much easier. I highly recommend it

I’m a fitness enthusiast and yoga teacher, so I’ve tried it all, in person and online, and I have to say two weeks in I’m loving this app! The handstand modules is great, and I love the regular work outs. I like that there is variety but also some overlap and repetition in the exercises. The platform is super user friendly and well organised. Good job Leo and team! Killing it in the online space! Gives me inspiration to keep at it!

I love Leo’s style, he is very inspiring and his workouts are fun. I love the mix of strength, mobility and coordination in every one of his workouts. These workouts are super efficient because you are often using so many muscles plus practicing coordination and mobility all at once. I don’t only feel stronger, I feel healthier and younger. Thank you Leo!

I love the philosophy of this program, so I downloaded the app. I expected to have to pay for premium content/features, but there are literally only 4 videos you can do without giving your credit card information for a very limited 7-day preview. You can’t even really watch the “How to Use the App” videos - only 1 of 8 are free (the “Where do I Start?” one). I’d love to not have to give my cc info just to even see the full capabilities of the app. In addition, the app doesn’t have an iPad-compatible format, which means you can only use your phone (a tiny screen). I believe everyone deserves to be paid for their work, but it’s so frustrating for someone to gate keep THIS much. It’s so disappointing.

If you’ve watched any of his videos you know how fit he is, but the beginner program is done so well that it keeps me motivated. I never feel like he’s dumbing it down. It’s just a workout. I also think I’m pretty fit, but this program makes me work all the muscles I didn’t know I had.

There is so much to this app. Mobility, agility, core work, ring work, upper body strength, and yes leg strength too! I thought it was going to be just animal flow and bodyweight HIIT, but there’s a lot more offered. Loving it.
