Easy to follow workouts for begginers

Una aplicación completisima, ejercicios súper dinámicos y divertidos, cuando haces los workouts de flow sientes mas estar bailando que haciendo ejercicio, hay que dedicarle un tiempo para aprender los movimientos pero es genial. Tengo muchos dolores y después de cada sesión estoy cómo nueva. Gracias🙏🏼🙏🏼

Very interesting app. Not very intense , but stretching parts are very good. Locomotive movements are not easy and you have no time to learn fine before you pass next ex. Complicated movements I really Don’t have time to learn. I want something interesting to make sweat, stretch and get me hooked to keep on. If you Don’t have space to practice som ex can’t do them. . S LOT of improvements still to see. More info about next ex during rest in order to get ready and les coreography.

Wonderful pace. Very attainable at home. I’m a mom with a 2 year old toddler & we do this together. I get movement in my body and she gets to witness a mom who’s intentionally moving. Really like having minimal narrations and the pre-demo videos of the next movement are extremely helpful.

This program has allowed me to reach and surpass my macro goal to a functional health fitness prospective. I am 38 years old and I now move with more was and less pain than before. I recommend this program for all fitness level athletes young and old alike.

This app is so well put together and easy to navigate and adjust! The content is even better if possible- I feel stronger and more agile than I have in years after one month, and I started with the beginner moves. Highly recommend for older women like me in the 50ish age range - a true game changer.

I have been exercising almost daily for more than 30 years, so I’ve done lots of different things over the years. I really really like the LeoMoves app because it has so many very interesting and unusual exercises. It also has a lot of flexibility and that you can change one exercise in the series to something much harder or much easier. I highly recommend it

I’m a fitness enthusiast and yoga teacher, so I’ve tried it all, in person and online, and I have to say two weeks in I’m loving this app! The handstand modules is great, and I love the regular work outs. I like that there is variety but also some overlap and repetition in the exercises. The platform is super user friendly and well organised. Good job Leo and team! Killing it in the online space! Gives me inspiration to keep at it!
