The new app is a horror and it doesn’t work properly

I’m a frequent Traveller. Every month I take this train since 2018. Even in the pandemic. I used to buy the wallet with 10 tickets for 500£. I have no idea how a 30 min train ride can cost so much money now. Nothing can justify 300£ average for two way tickets. It’s starting to get ruinous. I depend on this trip for family reasons which will take a few more years. Trains were always the poor man’s transportation device. Seeing all the super cars taking le shuttle every time I go it clearly has changed to be exclusive and for the super rich. Taking away the wallet was unnecessary and antisocial. You’ve become an instrument of the elitists trying to destroy the middle class. Taking the ferry is unfortunately not an alternative.

App accepts passwords that the website doesn‘t, also missing form entries during signup are not marked so you have to guess why the continue button is deactivated. Those are just two highlights of many issues that can totally be avoided by doing some software testing. Terrified about how bad IT security may be, if that is the quality of software engineering at le shuttle.

Was nützt mir eine App, die beim Erreichen des Eurotunnel-Terminals nur noch einen leeren Bildschirm anzeigt??? Nichts!

Bei der Erstinstallation hatte ich schon das Problem, dass nach dem Login die App absolut nichts gemacht hat. Wochen später die App mal wieder benutzt und siehe da, sie funktionierte… Meine Buchung war da. Auch heute noch beim Check-In. Danach war ein Ausrufezeichen an der App. App gestartet und seither nur noch eine weiße Seite. Keinerlei Funktion mehr. App leider total unzuverlässig und daher unbrauchbar. Zum Glück gibts alle Infos online und man ist auf die App nicht angewiesen…

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die App startet nicht auf dem I-Phone.

This is a waste of time, the app was loading for 5 minutes and nothing happened. Deleted, re-installed, still not working. Please bring back the Eurotunnel app. It wasn’t great either but at least it worked.

bereits die letzte version der eurotunnel app konnte nicht mehr geladen werden. nun hoffte ich bei neuem namen auf funktionierende app - leider vergebens. also erneut: deinstallieren und leider nicht nutzen können.
