Lg is always ignorant about customers dont know why?? This ear phone is good but the software is lame please help your coustomers.

doesn’t work properly

The app used to work pretty much fine but recently it doesn’t even recognise my connected ear buds and hence is of no use, tried re-installing. Hope the developers fix it soon.
