These earphones have so much potential. But like Ferrari on the starting grid on an F1 track with no engine ..it’s wins nothing … App can see ear buds must be such a simple bug fix by the app creators but bet it will never happen..more chance of that engineless Ferrari winning a race…Cr@p!!!

App was fine the first couple of years I’ve had these, but for a good while now I can’t select any of the settings/options anymore. Get your act together and fix the app please. You have people who have spent good money on these very good ear buds but can’t use them to their full potential at the moment.

What a bloody shame

can’t even use it because it won’t register that my earphones are connected to my phone. please fix this because i need to fix a problem with my earphones that i can only do with the app

This all is not. Had it a few hours and already to had to re-install twice. When it works the options are fine with the equalizer. There’s a software update for the buds apparently but it never downloads!

Ok. The earbuds are great. In terms of price vs performance they punch above their weight. Also their form factor is so slim I can use them under a crash helmet. And in fact use them as mild ANR ear protection all the time. Or, I did! My earbuds still play music/voice/phone/find earbuds through my phone but the controller app now doesn’t “see” the earbuds. Which means you can’t alter the ANR settings Which makes them useless in a noisy environment. Thanks LG basically feel like I’ve been scammed. How hard can this be?

App fails to load sometimes. Struggles to find ear buds and none of the equaliser options work. Tried reinstalling several times to no luck. Terrible experience!

Needs a widget. Opening app every time you wanna change something takes too long.

Got the £150 ufp9 earbuds , the buds work the app is useless , it connects to my buds but none of the features of the app work . Needs Sorting !!!!!

Bought a pair of LG TONE free UFP9. Opened the app to play around with equaliser and it never worked. Would only bring up a spinning loading symbol and never changed any settings. Very poor from developers and needs addressing otherwise many features can’t be accesssed
