LG XBOOM

Have a pk7 and the app used to work as I had it as a party speaker. Cool lights and all that jazz . but now doesn’t work and now it has nothing .

This App used to work fine on my iPhone se2020 but now doesn’t. Tried deleting and reinstalling but no joy, still works on my iPad though. Irritating. PL5 Xboom Speaker.

Simple easy to use app. No issues at all syncing with LG gaming speaking. No faulting the app - thank you for the great work on this app.

First time I loaded it the app connected with the speaker and I was able to play with the equaliser etc. Since then all I can get to is the error page which tells me how to connect my phone Bluetooth to the speaker - following the steps doesn’t work. Even though the phone says it’s connected to the speaker via Bluetooth, the app isn’t recognising this. Following the steps in the guide leads to the speaker disconnecting from my laptop. (I’m using the speaker as the output for the laptop for decent music and films on a connected second screen) Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no change. The equaliser is essential in the role I’m employing it in because the speaker is really is too boomy in its factory setting.

Then it would be great (if we colour pick one colour eg purple, with/without flashing) would make it a million times better! So easy to do please update the firmware with this feature it would be super popular

Apparently my LGPn7 is not compatible with the app which was not the case yesterday. I could edit all sorts of things about my speaker and now I cannot. 👎👎

Will not connect to LG-PN5(22)

Works with LG speaker PL7 but for some reason doesn’t work with PL2 go. Also doesn’t link the two speakers together as can not use the app on iPhone as for some reason it’s not supported the speakers are more or less the same but one is smaller. Strange how the app isn’t supported on iPhone

Does not support pl2 like it use to complete joke

I have 2 of these speakers and they are great, but after an update the app no longer has the function to connect both of them in Stereo or in party multimode so there in no point in having two expensive LG speakers anymore. Save your money and buy something else.
