Don’t like the app

Excellent quality in sound choice , design. This is my 3rd pair in this Sony model range that I’ve purchased from Sony centre store

I’ve just paid £200 for a pair of earphones where I don’t know how to control the volume or customise the playback sound because the app is substandard. I have tried numerous times to connect the earphones to the app and just cannot get it to work. How can Sony produce such superior hardware and such substandard software?? Sony please sort this out as I’m losing out on so many features. I have a pair of Apple AirPods and connection is just seamless. Hugely disappointed

This app has all the things you need to customise your speaker experience and more! Whether it is changing the sound eq to your liking or customisation the light show, everything is able to be customised! It can sometimes be tricky but you can figure it out with a google search! My only complaint is that this app is not available for anyone using a windows pc which means i am stuck with a 3rd party EQ and not full customisation of the speaker. For smartphones though, it runs perfectly

This app forced an update on my SRS-XB43 Bluetooth speakers and it ruined my device. Now the speakers just switches off randomly. Speakers were working well before the “update”. Uninstall this app while you can!

Since the new app on Oct 1st my headphones are not recognised but still seem to work thanks Sony poor app.

Bought these earbuds to experience to be 60 sound thought it might be a little bit late so sound like hell always money you have to download you gonna pay for Scam

I love it

The looks quit old fashioned and we have two AV amps, but this app never seems to find them all the time. Together with airplay not working properly on the amps about sums up Sony’a commitment to customer service. Extremely poor show Sony!
