I get random errors when trying to print. Ended up sending the Printer back

To set this up the login page down go from top to bottom. You have to enter your email In the center, pick your country in the to right, approve the terms at bottom and submit your code in the center. Wow. And then when you finally get it connected it is in no way obvious how to print a photo. Five minutes into setting this up and still not a clue how to print a photo. HORRIBLE app. HORRIBLE

I bought this printer based on the fantastic Amazon reviews. When I went to download the app I was scared because I saw all the negative reviews…the problems reviewers brought on the App Store up are not something I’ve dealt with at all. Not sure if it’s user error or what but, I was easily able to connect and had no issues needing to use airplane mode or whatever to print. It was so easy to use! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because I cannot find what other photo paper I can use with the printer. There are suggestions on Google but I don’t know if it will work. I’ve got more ink to use when the paper runs out so it would be awesome if they would give suggestions on photo paper that is compatible other then just their brand.

This is a great app and the printing process is very easy. Yes, you need to connect to your WiFi, but it takes you through the steps. It doesn’t take more than a minute to get ready and set up. The printing process itself is nice to watch and quick. It is quality prints and will bring your photos to life. This app deserves a better rating but the issue is that usually only unsatisfied customers give their rating. How is it Liene’s fault that you have WiFi connectivity issues? It works phenomenally for me, and I have tried it on both Android and iPhone. My family loves it! Thank you, Liene!

I love this printer and the quality of prints it produces, but I have to go back thru the App Store and open the app every time I want to print pictures. It will not completely download an app to my home screen it just stays open in the store over and over. That is a major pain!!! I have had no problems w/ printer or printing- just having my very own app to use!!!!!

This app is ok on phone, but it really needs an iPad app. When editing photos to print, I do most of my work on the iPad. It would be useful to have a full size app.

Using this print app is ridiculously difficult, and having to use the printer as a WiFi connection is completely idiotic. There isn’t any way to scale the photos in the app so you have to adjust the photo in another app. With that said, the prints are pretty good when you finally figure out how to get them from your iPhone/ipad to the print que. IMHO not worth the trouble or cost.

Just took the printer out of the box spent an hour trying to connect now it’s being returned

Just purchased from Amazon today, I printed about 50 pictures so far without a problem. Works as I expected!

This is the worst software I have use so far. One I selected a photo I can’t delete it, I have to print it for it to disappear in the list, unacceptable.
