I love how you can make a simple picture for a low price! Not like the 10,000+ dollar printers, and I love making my Christmas cards on here!

i got this printer as a gift, does exactly what is advertised and prints quickly and efficiently

They need to fire the 9 year old foreign software engineers they have working on this app. Sorry kid! This app is terrible. I was out of ink, and instead of the app saying so, it just wouldn't allow me to connect. After I decided to change the ink, it proceeded to print the same picture 10 times, without having the option to stop the process. Terrible printer and app!

Would not let me get past the login page, meaning I can’t even use my printer whatsoever. SCAM. I hate this app. Don’t invest in the printer. I wasted $95.

I’ve tried all suggestions in the reviews, but after getting a new iPhone I can no longer connect the printer to the App. Printer works amazing, but app is useless.

This is a Great little printer! The pictures look great. The only issue is setting it up was a little confusing, and i never figured out what the 6 digit pin was so i couldn’t set it up with my email, but once i finally figured everything out it worked great!!!

Whatever update you added made the whole app slower and not even work half the time.

Hands down, one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used! It would do one print job, but then not return to my phones photo album… instead only showing as print options the photos already printed! . So the only way to print more pictures… I kid you not…was to delete the app and start over! Only upside is printer prints beautiful photos.

Wish you didn’t have to reset the app and Wi-Fi every time you want to load a new photo from your phone. Makes it complicated to use and things like Photo Booth

Everything functions the way it should. I’m able to print with no issues, changed the password really easily, and the UI is really clean and simple to follow. I love it
