Lift with Liv

Can't recommend Liv's app enough. I feel so confident walking in the gym. I do have a couple wish-lists that could make the app a little more intuitive: 1. Ability to skip the order of workouts due to equipment availability 2. Videos include optional full set up - sometimes I struggle getting in certain positions or getting equipment fully engaged and would love to see the entire process Liv takes

This app is not only functional and easy to navigate, but the workouts are well designed and easy to follow! I love that each workout has a video guide playing simultaneously to help with form, and the app has SO much to offer. The challenges are great and the community is amazing!

Love this app! It has super easy to follow workouts with video instructions to make sure you’re doing each move correctly. There have been lots of fun challenges lately and an awesome community inside of the app to help with motivation.

If you’re looking to start working out in the gym or for something that makes working out easy this app is for you!! There’s many different programs or workouts either for at home or in the gym options!! This makes working out so easy because you don’t even have to plan your workouts! You can track your weights and see the correct form for the movement and it’s just a super easy app to use! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey!!

I absolutely love this fitness app! If you are debating on wether or not to give it a chance, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The workouts are so easy to follow and you have videos showing you how to do everything correctly. I was worried doing at home workouts wouldn’t be motivating enough for me but this app and the community inside of it are so worth it! It’s nice to have a community to hold you accountable and help you with any questions you have and also motivate you. I gave 4 star rating because sometimes the app will mess up and won’t save your workouts. Other than that it’s wonderful!

I love this app and the layout of her workouts! It’s easy to use and I just completed my first workout program ever through this app and it was so fun, I loved the workouts they were challenging but not so difficult and crazy that I couldn’t do them. I love the community too it really motivated me and kept m going ❤️ it’s truly a good app if you’re just starting out and I love the at home options!

This app is for you if you need structure in your workouts, need a positive, motivating community and this app isn’t mixed with other instructors which I LOVE cause I know I’m not paying for other extra things. There are programs, challenges and singular workouts to choose from. Her workouts are great for beginner to advanced levels, intensity can easily be changed based on your own fitness level and goals - I’ve tried so many apps and quit them except for this one. It’s an absolute must have !!!

Beginning flourish, I didn’t know what to expect from the app. I figured it would be a basic workout app. Immediately I was BLOWN away at the level effort and dedication that was put into it. The organization of the app makes you want to keep going and keep pushing. The different angles of the trainer helps SO much. Now you can fix your posture and mimic the trainer to a T. Look no further, this is your forever subscription for your health. It has both in the gym and at home sessions. Does not get better than this!! Do not question it, just DO IT!! 💕

I have been doing Olivia’s workout videos on her instagram for a while and enjoyed them so much. I finally decided to try her Lift With Liv app and I love how her workouts can be done at home and at the gym. It is so convenient for me to do my workouts at home and especially being a mom it just fits my schedule perfect. Currently doing the 8 week Define program at home and I am really enjoying them.

One of the very few programs I actually SEE results. These workouts are literally for beginners like me and I absolutely LOVE these workout programs. I never feel like it’s too much. Most times I push myself with heavier weights if I feel I need to. This app is literally perfect and if you’re looking to get consistent with your workouts I highly recommend it!
