I’ve tried a lot of workout tracker apps and this is the best one I have found that you can do everything on your Apple Watch. I highly recommend this app!

Visually stunning, feature packed, simple to use. Truly a 5/5 app, the best strength training app on iOS hands down.
This is an amazing app, I have to say it runs so well and could set up a whole month routine easily, with progression goals. Loved it. But … then on my 5th workout I have to pay, out of know where. I spent like 40mins setting up the program and now I have to find another app? $30 a year isn’t too bad I guess but I didn’t know I was going to have to, just want to track my own program. Would be good if only paid if using your programs or something. Love that it staying running on your phone when you close it etc.
I’d been looking for an app for a long time with a clean design that supported automatic progression and custom workouts. This does the job perfectly and has great Apple Watch integration as well.
Only been using it for a week so yet to comment on the long-term features, but so far it is a total joy to use. It’s incredibly simple! Only comment would be a faster way to adjust weight/reps during a workout. Sometimes a weight feels easy and it’s a (slight) pain to increase the recorded rep count if I squeeze in an extra couple of reps for example.
I paid good money for this app and now all my workouts and progress has been 100% wiped.
An amazing workout app that is easy to use on the phone and Apple Watch syncs with apple health which is amazing, workout customisation is brilliant. Great job to the developers 👍
The aesthetic of the app is gorgeous. RPE has now been added, the developer has great communication and is always working on the app. In my opinion, this is the premiere workout app for Apple devices.
I would have kept this app beyond the trial period but, sadly, it forgets many things from previous workouts (e.g. exercises under the quick switcher and where of those exercise was left at). Also lacks progression. Quite unfortunate as I took a liking to this app at first. Thanks anyway.
The best alternative to the other expensive subscription apps. Love that the app has pre-set programs (like PPL or 5x5) so you can get right into it without spending an hour setting up a routine. Used it with my Apple watch on my first workout and all the data synced perfectly. It fills out the activity ring as well. Has haptic feedback to let me know when to start my next workout. If I fail a set and fell short a few reps I can tap it on my watch and it’ll record that. Automatic progression seems like a pretty cool feature, but will have to use the app for a longer time before I have an opinion on that. Also, did I mention that the app looks fantastically simple? Less is more. Looks like an official Apple app design-wise.
