I’ve been using this app for a long time now. My only disappointment with it is that I pay a monthly fee, so that should give me access to EVERYTHING. But I keep getting this payment option thing coming up on the screen every time I use it. I chose this app over a ton of others, and like pointed out, I’m a long time user of it.
NO LIFETIME (ONE-TIME PURCHASE) Greater Apps provide the option for selection and do not force a subscription.— This App mentions the Lifetime as $99.99 to fool and entice, but the LIFETIME Option is NOT AVAILABLE when selecting an option.
I had paid lifetime subscription before then suddenly it was no longer able to use the features when they upgraded with AI options. I was surprised that I could not use the features (I subscribed to) upon updating the app. If only I knew that I shouldn’t paid the app before. Very unreliable.
It was a very good app but now everything is censored. Can’t have fun with AI anymore. Too many restrictions
I bought this app years ago. Paid money for an app that had all features included. Then one day it’s deleted from my phone, which was not my doing - it disappeared. I downloaded it again, and now it’s back with AI editing features and I must make in app purchases if I want to use even features that I had once already paid for. It’s also much more frustrating to use than it once was. EDIT: I have now read some other reviews and it turns out the same thing has happened to a lot of other people. I’ve also noticed how the developers have only responded to simple one word comments. Any valid complaints are not being taken care of. Care to respond to the people you’ve stolen from? I’m very curious as to the legality of this disgusting money grab.
Paid a one time fee for this app a couple of years ago. App update in early 2024 changed the app completely to this AI version. Now wants me to pay a subscription to use it. Slimy thing to do to all the people that paid for this app before.
There is no physical option to cancel a trial beware. We are still getting this acknowledged as instructions are being sent in which obviously is not needed . Hence the email sent . Customer service /mail reviewer has no skills in reading as we are still being sent instructions as we just want the trial stopped and to stop billing. Review and email team has zero communication with one another as the review wouldn’t of made the entire customer service team incompetent looking . So I payed about 7$ for this app a year or so I could get all the features but now it’s wanting me to pick a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription don’t get me wrong I LIKED the app but no way in hell am I paying for something that It use to let me use the all the features I wanted without having to pay again after I bought the app in the first place. This is ridiculous. I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place if I knew they would start making people pay even more. I was fine with paying for it at the beginning but no way in hell am I paying for it annually that’s just dumb
Use to be my daily editor. Now, since the update most tools are pay walled. And many bugs make this app now unusable. Very sad please make older version available!
The AI credits that are supposed to be 10 per day dont update! I ran out of credits last week and I still have 0 when my previous time before refilled them after 24 hours
