I had the old version in test/trial mode. Didn’t use it for awhile, and downloaded this new version with the intention of buying it. Tell you, they have made this app so complex and so poorly documented I consider it unusable. I have used lots of graphics apps since the 90s and now consider this to be one of the most useless and user unfriendly apps I’ve ever encountered.
So idk why there’s only 5 credits instead of ten and so of that I went to Ai video generator and I texted in the video I wanted, then it said that will use all of my other 4 credits. So I was like Oh okay, because I was just having fun with the video generator but when I got my video it’s just not what I wanted? And this is not about the videos being not exact, it’s about why do we have so much les credits then we did before? And now that there is less I barely use the app anymore because I can’t do anything with just 5 credits
It’s a very nice app
It worked great but after the update the AI functions are not working great
AI photo to video is the worst Ive ever seen
So here’s the thing the app is great and all but needs a few upgrades, like not having to pay money for everything in the app and adding more free credit coins like 20 a day, I only get 5 a day so that’s really annoying, over all it’s a good app
Do not sign up for this! There are directions on how to cancel, however the directions don’t refer to anything. Impossible to cancel. Emailed again and they give the same instructions. There isn’t anywhere listed to cancel!
To the developers…you guys need to step up your game, the app freezes a lot can’t even finish a 5 min project without the app kicking me out or stops working all of the sudden…
I tried the free trial and it charged my card. I wanted to try this again. Now I’m super angry and nothing works like other apps. I can’t even duplicate. It’s too complicated for the amount of time I have to learn. Please refund me. I tried to contact “you” using the “contact us” option but oh, that won’t work either.
I encourage people to look at how user data is used.
