Hoping for UI customization
The contents of the app is very detailed, but this could be the best app for baby tracking if the UI can be customized. Dark mode and bigger font for the tracking section can help lessen distractions the app makes to the sleep of the baby.
Best sleep programme
I followed this programme with my first. She reacted so well to it that come 6 months, we were ready to start trying for number 2. Our 2nd little one also responded well to the programme so we have a very happy family that sleep well x
Some functionality is buggy
The breastfeeding tracker has bugs and the overall UX is very poor and confusing. They won’t give you a refund unless you meet very specific criteria so i’d consider what you need this app for before paying. The overall experience of the Napper app is far superior.
Useless for young babies and useless refund policy
I was hoping this could help with my 3mo sleep but the wake windows they work with are way off for me (and way off any other sleep consultants, which you don’t know ahead of purchase), which means the app does not know what to do with the data I’m putting in. I was then refused a refund because I stopped engaging with the app, seeing it wasn’t able to give me any feedback. Avoid for younger babies, definitely for under 6 months.
Great info and advice
Great advice so far. In the early stages of trying to put down my Velcro baby and there is so much information to be found. I like that the times adapt to his nap times etc which other apps don’t. I would love if the sleep tracker linked to my husbands phone too so we can both start/ stop the sleep. Hopeful for more sleep in the near future!
Great app
We just started using this on a friend’s recommendation and so glad we did. Tracking everything has made it much easier for us, and our baby is already sleeping better.

Love it- Used for both my children
I bought this app slightly hesitantly after giving birth to my first baby, as I was desperate for some sleep advice. Not only did it give that advice, but the sleep schedule was a game changer for us. We have since used the same schedule with our second child (from 8 weeks on) and it’s really helped us and the children get into a sleep rhythm. Both my children are now much improved sleepers! It’s clear and concise - the only thing I’d want that is currently unavailable is the option to have the next sleep schedule ‘task’ showing on my Lock Screen.
