My credit card details were stolen and hacked directly after downloading this app. I find this to be a very weird coincidence. Did this happen to anyone else??

If this had been a book I would have given it 4 stars. The material is good and concise - some really helpful guidance although nothing revolutionary that you haven’t seen in similar themed books. In fact, before buying the app I had put together a sleep schedule based on what I’d read online (for free) and my schedule was very similar to what was in the app. The material however is well presented and concise (and not at all overwhelming), so it was a pleasant read and had some useful tips. As I said, had this been a book I would have recommended it. However, it is an app and as an app it is really poor. The content takes ages to load because it downloads everything each time you open the app. There’s no easy way to just “quickly check something” as opening the app and finding the right content takes at least 3-4 minutes. The plans are not at all customisable - I would have liked to at least have the option to input our standard awake and bed times so that I could download a schedule with these as reference points, however this is not possible. Instead, you have to use their 7am to 7pm sample schedule and just amend the times by hand (so not any better than having a sample schedule in a book). There are some videos but the women in them seem disinterested in the subject and are clearly reading off a screen (the content of the videos is just a repetition of the reading material, so no real value add). The village as a concept is good - I did get some useful feedback from a sleep consultant - but it is equally difficult to navigate and communicate on there. Given the price tag it would do them well to invest in improving the app and bringing it up to 2020 standards.

I wish I had this app for my other 2 children. I’ve only been following the app for 2 days and already I’ve seen a fast improvement in my 5 months old sleep. It takes away the entire mental load/guess work of sleep and feeds. It’s easy to use and follow. The best 2 features are - the tracking device that changes the schedule you follow to what your baby is doing. AMAZING - trouble shooting - annoyingly babies don’t read the manual when they are born. The app tells you what to do when your baby doesn’t do what the ‘book’ says! There is a plan to follow for every scenario. If you are thinking of getting a sleep consultant for your baby that doesn’t sleep. DON’T!!!! **Get this app** it’s far cheaper and it works!

Once you pay for this they pretty much are rude and don’t even try to understand your stress. Don’t bother Ur the parent go with your gut

This app has been so useful for getting my little one sleeping better. The schedule is so quick to reference and customise, the lessons are easy to find and read through and the support through the village is fantastic value! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their baby’s sleep without hiring a private sleep consultant.

The latest update to the app is a game changer (June 2024) it is now a personalised to my babies schedule each day which has helped me stay on track!

Awake windows are way too long and not appropriate for age. Also worst advice ever to wake up baby in their first nap as the first nap is the first that baby will consolidate. My baby got really overtired from the awake window suggested on top of waking up her. Scheduled are not flexible either. Not worth your money.

Be careful to cancel that subscription when you’re done with it, they charge you a HUGE yearly cost way bigger than your original amount and then refuse to refund. Terrible customer service.

*edited post developer response Initially when using this app I felt a lot of pressure around routine etc. however as a FTM to a new baby, I can see that I was putting that pressure on myself. Since then I can say that the app has been incredibly helpful to refer to as a guide for maximum awake times and what we should aim for in terms of sleep. The admit team are incredibly helpful and the village is very valuable, you can tell this is a team of people that are passionate about what they do. Looking forward to trying the auto-adjustable schedule feature when it is released

This app is the worst thing I invested in as a first time Mum 3 years ago. Schedules being down to 5 minutes, fear mongering that your baby will never sleep on its own if you don’t teach self settling early etc. It was quite detrimental to my first few months as a Mum. The routine will work for some people and that’s great. However, if it’s not working for you, don’t worry. You and your baby will figure out what works best for them and your family. Your little one will sleep and self settle eventually, even if you don’t follow the suggestions in this app. It’s not abnormal if your baby doesn’t fit this app’s schedule.
