I ordered a cloths rack costing £19.99 And only found out afterwards l had to pay £7.00 delivery and that was 4 weeks ago still not been delivered and try to get in touch for a refund is very confusing will never use the app again

Over complicated redemption and use sometimes resulting with the vendors struggling to use the voucher and/or explain the deal, particularly for food where selections are specific to the deal. I’m finishing the purchases and then deleting the app!

I have bought 2 deal but I am having great difficulty in redeeming them.

Maybe as I am Older but just wanted to know if postage is individual or for all my order. How do I find out ?? I ve found out. Family set of 5 grinch pyjamas for my daughter n grandson s. I’ve had to pay £4.99 each pair for postage.how can they charge an extra £25 for this. Rip off

This is such a complicated site I am trying to get a mixed food hamper I’ve tried quite few times now I think it’s about time I gave up unless someone from this company can do it for me , I doubt if I get any response, I’ve order sweet box, nothing ! The only purchase I have managed was champagne box and couple of other things in it ,it was proscecc and a scone ! Would order a lot more if it wasn’t so complicated! Scratching my head

What a con. I ordered character socks at xmas. Money taken, no socks delivered. My fault apparantly. I didnt redeem the voucher. I did honestly try and assumed i had succeeded. Thought i would have another go today as grandson disappointed at xmas. Same thing. Money taken out of my bank straight away. I followed instructions to redeem. But it has me tangled up in paying a years subscription for a random site and no nearer acquiring the character socks. These companies have no scruples. Also, how does one redeem for a voucher!!

Why have I been charged twice for postage. Not happy one bit

Yeah so I’ve bought several deals which can only be redeemed through the app they tell me and the bloody app won’t work. Every time I try to log in I get an ‘oops’ error message so I can’t redeem any of them! I can login fine on a desktop or even my phone on their website but the app doesn’t work at all! Customer service have been less than helpful too once you finally figure out how to speak to them. I’m sticking to groupon never had any issues with them at all

Absolute rubbish purchased a deal this week and when advised to scan QR code to redeem voucher I just get the app. No advise or help line- waste of time now waiting to get money back

Had same experience as previous review! Shame as there were lots of deals I wanted to buy. Customer service dreadful… given up now! Seeking refunds.
