Having an issue here. Paid for the deal and when I tried to redeem it via the app, it said oops something went wrong after entering my email and password which I made sure that both are correct. This is really frustrating. Need help? link on the website also does not work, it said the page can’t be found. Sounds like scam to me, not happy!

It won’t allow me to log in via the app? It says oops something went wrong… it will allow me to log in via the browser tho so please fix you app issue

I would always check deals on this..my password and login details are correct but keeps saying (oops something went wrong). I can use on safari and login that way. Ive bought something and i can only redeem on app. But it wont let me login. Can it please be fixed. Ive tried deleting app and re downloading but still the same.

Even if you cannot get through to the vendor within your 14-day period, they will not refund you if the vendor cannot or refuses to honour the voucher and you made a good faith attempt to reach them before the period. Buyer beware, this is a very greedy unscrupulous organisation that has forced me to lodge regulatory complaints and file for a chargeback for services that cannot be rendered but they refuse to refund me for.

Appalling service. Copy and paste bot support. No seevice whatsoever. I made a mistake on my first order and all they do is paste the same reply saying they will not help you. Now I can’t seem to close account and the app is awful. Save yourself a lot of frustration by staying away.

App is required to redeem voucher. App won’t let me login or open the QR code. This is absurd. I shouldn’t e locked out of my purchase

I bought and I couldn’t into the app to redeem my voucher… all the time when I try to login it’s say “something wrong ”. It’s a scam. Is a fake app.

Lost 20 quid with this app, didn’t get it back
