LOBSTR Stellar Lumens Wallet

I cannot log into my account! Lobster even says I have wrong register number! Each time, I tried to log in, they push my to play more than 10 minutes picture match games. I made a test, use my existed email to create account again, they even say OK! Hope the QFS could catch them in the near future🪖

If you have your key phrase to LOBSTR Wallet why doubt you have the option to disconnect from the Vault? Also, since LOBSTR requires an email address, why can't that be used for verification purposes in addition to the private key for verification purposes? This really should be that complicated. I haven't had access to my assets in 15 months and I really need access to my funds. I hope there a platform where people like me can express situations like this.

Total scam….I have lost thousands. Cannot move anything off. It’s a one way ticket of your money,

Terrible company

I’ve been scammed by fake sellers/fake worthless coins. I’m Not talking 10 or 15 dollars I’m saying anywhere from $800 to a $1000. My point is lobster does nothing to protect what you buy, sure they may Have a secure wallet BUT what about the coins you buy? They need to police who and what is sold on there site, in my opinion There no better than the thieves on WALL STREET.

My wallet was hacked and all XLM, yXLM and Lumendex stolen. I have not heard back from the help desk. Resetting my password, for all the good it might do, took two days for LOBSTR to send an “approval” to allow the reset. Ticket number is 53886

I downloaded the wallet as I saw ppl talk about it on Reddit, but I decided to not use it, why? Because they require an email to register, when in reality they would have more adoption if they worked like other crypto wallets, create secret key and your good to go, it further didn’t help that it has really bad reviews. You lost a user at the email page.

I can’t login and keep putting in tickets to fix it and never get a reply. I have money in this wallet I can’t access now.
