LOBSTR Stellar Lumens Wallet

My wallet was hacked and all XLM, yXLM and Lumendex stolen. I have not heard back from the help desk. Resetting my password, for all the good it might do, took two days for LOBSTR to send an “approval” to allow the reset. Ticket number is 53886

I downloaded the wallet as I saw ppl talk about it on Reddit, but I decided to not use it, why? Because they require an email to register, when in reality they would have more adoption if they worked like other crypto wallets, create secret key and your good to go, it further didn’t help that it has really bad reviews. You lost a user at the email page.

Why are you guys not verifying my information so I transfer my money out I want my money back it just keeps buffering

Using a lume as standard of value takes getting use to, then having to convert all other assets to to lumes and back to current dollar values. Could be done with view options, but none are offered. Try to calculate your unrealized earnings at a glance. Where are the costs associated with purchases in dollar values? I know this app wasn’t made for the public at large. But we are here. Time to become user friendly! Long time user.

Ok Folks. I’m going to help you get your money out. It took me 2 years to figure it out on my own. I couldn’t buy, sell, or even swap. Support said it was MoonPays fault and MoonPay blamed LOBSTR. If you haven’t opened a LOBSTR Vault in the App Store do so. Set it up. Then set up another wallet. I chose Coinbase but there are plenty out there to choose from. Then in CB I selected TRANSFER. This is a total scam, I lost $4,000 on this app, they simply won’t return to my emails.

Hard to use, very confusing… Virtually impossible to remove money and and unnecessarily drawn out process to put money in. This app needs a make over! Also, the fake coins with no liquidity is just ridiculous, everything should be tested for trustworthiness. Very disheartening, not trying to be harsh, just get it together!

I have been unable to retrieve my funds and there is no customer service support! Do not use this app!
