Bought the Loftilla because of its “Smart Scale” capability. Without a functioning App, it is just an Unsmart bathroom scale.

You use this app when you use an Loftilla Plus Body Composition Smart Scale. This free app tracks your body weight, body fat, BMI, and other body composition data. It provides the information and inspiration to track your weight loss progress and to keep your fitter.
Loftilla Plus app and Smart Scale make it easier for you to track your health, fitness and set goals. Step on the Smart Scale, you can have your overall body composition data including:
- Weight
- Body Fat
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Body Water
- Bone Mass
- Muscle Mass
- Basal Metabolic Rate
- Body Type
- Visceral Fat Grade
- Metabolic Age
The Loftilla Plus app works with all Loftilla Plus Smart Scale models. Some scale models may not support the full list of the above measurements, the app automatically reads all the available data from the scale and store the data on the cloud.
The Loftilla Plus app connects with several popular fitness apps such as Apple HealthKit, Fitbit, etc. Your body composition information can be seamlessly transmitted to your existing app. We are adding more fitness apps, please keep your Loftilla Plus app up to date.
One Smart Scales can support multiple users, it is a perfect bathroom scale for your entire family.

Will not connect to Fitbit
Please assist with connecting. Tried sending an email to support but this app doesn’t work that well.
More customization
Please add a feature where we can choose a color for the interface of the app im sick of just the blue I want pink
Works great!
This app does works quite well. It records weight and provides graphs of weightless. It handles missed days and possible errors well. It isn’t full of entertaining bells and whistles, and it isn’t a game, but it does record weight in an effective and visual way. Definitely get the app if you have a Bluetooth scales that connect to it. It’s quite good!
The mandatory comparison data
There is an set of data on the main screen that is set to a random date that compares your current weight to. You can change it but you can’t get rid of it. For me this feature is unnecessary and annoying. I’m not trying to lose or gain weight I just want to see my weight when I check in. I don’t need to see that I’m minus 3 pounds of water weight with a lie that my bmi is lower💀.

App provides great graphs and information. Always accurate with my Drs scales. Love it. Been using it for a year this month and have tracked my 20 lb weight loss.
Stopped connecting
The scale and all worked well until they stopped connecting. One day I stepped on the scale and it just wouldn’t connect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps including resetting both the scale, installing the app again, turning on/off Bluetooth/phone multiple times, even bought a new scale (and my phone is 2 months old)! Nothing worked!
Love the features!
I love the trends and graphs involved. I have had my scale and this app for about 1.5 years now, and I have never had any connectivity issues. I click into the app prior to weigh in and weight data is saved. The app is visually appealing and simple. I really like the estimated time to goal weight!
I wish this app would revert to the old version…
This new update is terrible. I’m confused why all the features from before are gone now? It went from being super customizable to unappealing and inconsistent.
******Triggering
My problem is that even if you gain .05 pounds it makes a carnival game sound thats extremely triggering. The sound honestly makes you feel like a COMPLETE failure. I’ve contacted customer service twice to change the sound or just not have a sound at all..? A warning for those who had an ED this scale is emotionally traumatizing
