I’ve had this scale for multiple years just put a new batteries two weeks ago and even use the app again but now the app has stopped working. Why? What do I do?

I wish the athletic mode was a little bit more receptive to alternative heart rates. For example, my resting heart rate is around 73 bpm. I do like the fact that it has an app. I’ve been tracking for over a year I’m 199 pounds 14.8% fat.

I seen a few reviews where peoples weren’t working but mine loads fine and all!

Bought the Loftilla because of its “Smart Scale” capability. Without a functioning App, it is just an Unsmart bathroom scale.

Please assist with connecting. Tried sending an email to support but this app doesn’t work that well.

Please add a feature where we can choose a color for the interface of the app im sick of just the blue I want pink

This app does works quite well. It records weight and provides graphs of weightless. It handles missed days and possible errors well. It isn’t full of entertaining bells and whistles, and it isn’t a game, but it does record weight in an effective and visual way. Definitely get the app if you have a Bluetooth scales that connect to it. It’s quite good!

There is an set of data on the main screen that is set to a random date that compares your current weight to. You can change it but you can’t get rid of it. For me this feature is unnecessary and annoying. I’m not trying to lose or gain weight I just want to see my weight when I check in. I don’t need to see that I’m minus 3 pounds of water weight with a lie that my bmi is lower💀.

App provides great graphs and information. Always accurate with my Drs scales. Love it. Been using it for a year this month and have tracked my 20 lb weight loss.

The scale and all worked well until they stopped connecting. One day I stepped on the scale and it just wouldn’t connect. I tried all the troubleshooting steps including resetting both the scale, installing the app again, turning on/off Bluetooth/phone multiple times, even bought a new scale (and my phone is 2 months old)! Nothing worked!
