Good app with good support. As for the new lightning version, can’t get yet a clear picture to evaluate. Need some time but on first impression it seems to be good! Pricing is a bit high although!

First of all u r not getting better. 2nd. Totally overpriced 3rd. Being one of those Customers who previously bought the full version for ipad and iphone some years ago. I was hoping that you would somehow compensate those customers by at least giving them a one year free of charge. Unfortunately nothing happened yet. Fortunately I had already MCC before your app and after several years of using both, i can say enough is enough. This was my last subscription. Nevertheless I would give about 4 stars for your app but because of your behavior just 1. Too much money hunger. Unacceptable The fact the you answer on my review is a thing, however you are saying contact us? Providing an Adress which leads to nowhere hence can't contact you is canceling your good intensions. I would say if you are really interested in your customers, provide a simple email to ensure your good intentions but than...wait a minute. I am a customer for many many years and bought previously another 2 products of your app with always the same mail and still you don’t have it? We are in 2018 just to remind you. Why you r treating people like they are totally idiots... Anyway long discussion. The only way you can do something is canceling the subscriptions for those who payed previously the full version for lifetime. Otherwise don’t contact me at all. Its annoying. Its like buying a car and years later your telling me I have to pay now rent for my car otherwise you don't get service anymore. Thats what you did with the previous version which I payed full. Your did not update it hence I wasn’t able to use it and forced me to subscribe. But as I said before you are not alone....have a good day!

Money hungry developers. 4 years now changing the app asking all the time for money

The only reason I am happy I paid for this overpriced app is the ability to put one star. Having put more than 200 hours on basic iOS version, I purchased Pro both for iOS and Mac. Syncronization problems made it impossible to properly migrate from the basic to the Pro. and guess what… LogTen Pro X is no different as it will not even recognize the basic version’s Data…. Flight hours accumulate in pilots over many years. Coradine Aviation if you are not willing to support your customers for years start building games instead….

I have purchased LogTen pro 6 for all my devises. Mac, iPhone and IPad. Now I am being asked to pay again for subscription in order to use it on my iPad. This is unacceptable... You should remove this subscription thing for people who have spend the money for the previous versions asap!!

Fantastic app for logging most things (hours, approaches, aircraft). However the smart groups will drive you insane when trying to log anything else. PIC in type? Nope. ILS approaches in the last year? Nope. You’re better off printing out your logbook and counting them yourself.

LogTen Pro has sure grown a lot in the past 10 plus years since I started using it. I like the numerous features that help make logging flights easier. However, a few still quite annoying things remain. 1. I have been a user of an IPad Pro for the longest time and ever since iPad OS, I have been requesting and hoping they give the same functionality of their Mac app to their iPad OS app… This would be especially helpful because I do not have a Mac and the team does not have any intention of releasing a Windows LogTen version. This keeps putting me in a tough spot of wanting the advance features of the Mac App but having basically the big version of the phone iPad OS app which some of the UI isn’t even taken care of properly. 2. Additionally, I love keeping track of who I fly with.. However, I cannot make enough slots for all the Flight Attendants to be listed, (including the custom ones. ) Having unlimited crew labels would be a game changer. Additionally, Foreflight has a way to import a route that was flown into their logbook. I would like to see LogTen to do the same. However, the first issue of the iPad OS version of LogTen being nerfed is most critical. 3. Along with those issues the third issue is the watch app. It has issues of properly logging the UTC time and dates. Information gets flip flop and there is no way of manually putting in the airports in the watch and all must to be collected again when its saved to the app. And redoing the OOOI times in app to ensure the times are not flipped makes the watch app completely useless. It shouldn’t be hard. To capture UTC time as UTC time and keep it as UTC time. This can be fairly unnerving. For example, I was doing a flight from RSKI to KSFO, I put our out and off times of 0222Z into the watch and 0250Z into the watch and along with the values for landing of 1259z and an in time of 1305z in UTC. However, when i go to the app. It listed that i did those times in local so 0222 local time out 0250 off and 1259local on and 1305 local in which are grossly in accurate. In closing, is it a great app? Yes, if you just have an iPhone or if you have a Mac. Is it great for all these other features… a lot of these are lacking and make the process more aggravating.

This is the most expensive Logbook software on the market, but she will never speak to a human being when you need help. They have absolutely zero way to take your year end print out from common formats like Flica and get it into their system. They are charging outrageous prices, and still requiring you to enter everything one entry at a time they have no means of dealing with a PDF and once again, you cannot call and speak to a human being.
