LogTen Pilot Logbook

Very good logbook BUT extremely expensive! The problem is that you depends on it and you can't change it. (..and they know that) In addition to the flight hours, it has so many elements that you can't bear to start over again on a new one! And imagine, I had bought it for the first time in 2014 for €50. Magically, in one update, everything was lost along with my subscription and I had to start from the beginning and of course, pay again PER YEAR ! Enough cancel subscription!

Good app with good support. As for the new lightning version, can’t get yet a clear picture to evaluate. Need some time but on first impression it seems to be good! Pricing is a bit high although!

Money hungry developers. 4 years now changing the app asking all the time for money

The only reason I am happy I paid for this overpriced app is the ability to put one star. Having put more than 200 hours on basic iOS version, I purchased Pro both for iOS and Mac. Syncronization problems made it impossible to properly migrate from the basic to the Pro. and guess what… LogTen Pro X is no different as it will not even recognize the basic version’s Data…. Flight hours accumulate in pilots over many years. Coradine Aviation if you are not willing to support your customers for years start building games instead….

Last time which I pay you. You charge me every year for nothing. My next log is gonna be MCC log!

I have purchased LogTen pro 6 for all my devises. Mac, iPhone and IPad. Now I am being asked to pay again for subscription in order to use it on my iPad. This is unacceptable... You should remove this subscription thing for people who have spend the money for the previous versions asap!!

Log Ten has a serious problem with data spontaneously disappearing from the logs. I have been a student pilot now for one year, and twice I have had instances where I have spontaneously lost instructor signatures that were signed in and locked into my logbook one day, and then another day all of a sudden they’re just gone. Log Ten has essentially tried to blame me for this, saying that either I didn’t have them signed in the first place or I deleted my own signatures. I have since provided them with evidence that this is not the case, and that they have a problem on their end that they need to address. As a student pilot, it is obviously vital that my signatures stay in my record, otherwise I will not have a complete record in order to get my private pilot license. The nerve-racking situation of wondering from day-to-day whether my signatures from past flights are still going to be there, or indeed what other data may suddenly disappear is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately. All users of this app need to be aware that this is happening, and Log Ten needs to take steps to address this issue and not sweep it under the carpet.
