Lollipop - Smart baby monitor

This camera looks great and is portable but its WiFi capability is a total fail. Never works properly and keeps acting up again and again. Super frustrating.

Keeps saying enter valid email address yet my email is correct! Can’t get pass first step!! Laughable!!!

This all is absolute dog poop. Says we have no wifi in the house constantly. It won’t connect at all. It stopped working in the middle of the night. I woke up to find my daughter face down gasping for air. The camera didn’t even alert us. Don’t ever buy this camera. Don’t ever download this app. Do yourself a favor and smash it with a hammer.

We used lollipop for 3 years and it was great until one night, and that was the last time we used it. Last time this was plugged in someone was talking to my son right before he went to bed. We unplugged it and it has been disconnected ever since.

I regret updating was actually connecting to the camera just fine before. I was trying to figure out the push to talk feature. Now that I updated it it won’t connect to the camera terrible!

takes the password on my phone but not the updated ipad Pro. Even after all your updates.

Can’t get rid of the notification number no matter how many times I check the inbox/ event. If you want an app that is always showing a notification, get this baby monitor.

The Home Screen is really annoying. I just want to see the cameras. I don’t want to see a summary of my child’s age or whatever nonsense you’re trying to show me.

Since the March 2024 update, notifications are not clearing once viewed in the app. Also not a fan of the new dashboard that requires an extra click to get into the camera feed. Frustrating downgrade in UX after three years of daily use.

How do I get rid of the useless Home Screen? I just want to go directly the cameras
