Billing period
I wish there was a billing period view (on top of year/month/week/day).

No I do not want to enable notifications. You have to learn to accept my decision and stop nagging me to enable them.
Doesn’t list either of my tariffs and can’t enter them manually so pretty much useless.
Actually getting your usage data out of this app is pretty tough. It seems dedicated to selling you their solar products and services rather than tracking your energy usage.
Every time you open the app it asks you to turn on notifications even when set to no in the app
The app is generally good, tracks data very well but the lack of support for Octopus Go tariff or the ability to add tariff data separately is disappointing, especially as it has been promised by the tech team for some time now. Currently using the IVIE app as these options are available there for better cost tracking
Missing data, do not want notification, continually asked to open settings to allow notifications. Data missing two out of three days in April. My smart meter is communicating as all data is available on the suppliers ap. Developer did contact me and said the electric supplier and loop communications were different but as one works and one does not it is up to them to fix not me. Now totally useless. Binned
Loop App is really useful because no matter how wonderful Octopus tell you they are, they are really SLOW updating the Octopus App for usage Info…..currently over 48hrs. The Loop App updates every time your meters connect, and the last connection time shows in the settings tab. This is as close a you can get to the home display unit but remotely. I don’t know why the Utility Company’s need to make their Apps so complicated. Thank you Loop.
I downloaded this app mainly so I could monitor my smart meter when away from home. There is much more than that on the app. Thanks!
I started using the Loop App when my smart meters were installed in Dec 2022. For Electric I seem to have lost all data from late Dec-22 all the way to 29th May 2023. Data for the 30th is showing is incorrect and for some reason the app hasn’t detected this as partial data. Would like to note all the data for Electric usage seems to be correct from Jun 2023 all the way to Feb 2024. Hopefully this is the end of the partial data months. For Gas it’s a completely different story, all the data seems to be fine from Dec 2022, apart from the initial installation date. Then no issues from Jan 2023 all the way to the end of May 2023. From Jul 2023 to Oct 2023 it’s partial data, then in Nov 2023 it’s seems to have fixed it itself but then the same issue of partial data appears in Dec 2023. Thankfully data for Gas usage seems to be correct for all of 2024, so hopefully this is the end of the partial data months. One thing I’d like Loop to change is can you change your daily usage stats from zero decimal to two decimals this way readings can be matched with suppliers data on the bill.
