Horrible app
Like any scammy app it lures you in with the promise of “free games/merch” etc. only to (of course) find there ain’t nothing free about it. You either need to spend money in the app or to a business partner of theirs to earn the currency (which there are 3 types of to confuse you further) to buy a pack which is basically gambling and not even guaranteed your reward in the first place. If you want a game/subscription or whatever just go buy it directly, it will be cheaper and you won’t hand out money to vultures like these. You can watch ads to earn “free currency” but of course there ain’t nothing to buy with this currency in the store and you just watched an ad / gave them advert money for nothing :)
