i have always struggled with my weight and insecurity but i'm so excited to start this work out, and it helps keep my water drinking up! i'll give you guys an update soon!!!!
I’ve been using this app for about 3 years on and off and it’s a good app to keep me moving but lately it’s been really hard to use due to the X on the ads not working. I watch the ad,then the X button doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried restarting the app multiple times, restarting my phone and even reinstalling the app itself but it keeps doing the same thing. Please fix this issue as it makes the app near impossible to use now.

Very good just after 2 days my jeans started getting loose when they are usually very tight on Me thus app actually works get it. !!!
This app is terrible. The questionnaire you have to fill out before even getting exercises is ridiculous. Then, the program is so stupidly short no one would lose weight on it. I cancelled my subscription and was still charged, Apple wouldn’t refund my purchase. It was the biggest waste of my time and money. DO nOT.

I like this app. I like this app because I been called fat all day at least twice every day in 7 hours (I’m in 6th grade and I way 145ilbs I am disappointed in my self but I like this app and hopefully it gives me a good transition #stayPositive #MakeItLast
I love the app personally, easy to follow animations of how to do the workouts that don’t take long to do at all, and nice options for extra workouts not in your plan based on the different body section to want to work on. But it does have a few downsides, bit drastic with the amount of ads, though it doesn’t bother me all that much, but the main thing is the step counter. I’m not sure if it’s a premium option or not, since it shows it and lets you choose the average you want every day but it never seems to work. I always have it set but every time I check it it says zero which makes no sense. I’d say I walk a lot every day, I definitely take more steps than zero for sure. I’ve tied walking with the app open, phone off and on, with the app closed and nothing ever works. So if I could get some direction on it or something that’d be nice.
I lost 57 pounds just reusing this app over the coarse of 1 year now using it again to get to my goal weight
