It’s been 4 months that I am waiting to create my account and it’s not working

I opened a bank account solely for the purpose of using the lounge key access. After two uses something went wrong and the access card stopped working. I deleted a profile, hoping that if I recreate it it will work. It DIES NOT. It gives me a message “the card is in use”. Raised a ticket few tickets about it, called their support center (another few dozens of bucks wasted!), the result is zero after weeks and weeks. Meanwhile I continue to pay for the useless bank account. No resolution, no apologies, no compensation. Don’t fall into the same trap. You will be paying money and getting NOTHING in return

I have a Visa Infinite and therefore I should be able to register without limitation. This is designed only for US, CA and Middle East cards. Dev, why I cannot create an account ? It state my card is not valid but I will be glad to come and see you with it in real life… crappy app

It was super , very fluid and nice people at the desk , I did try Morocco and dubai , only thing no alcohol in Morocco .. so no beer
