Stuck in an infinite loop of being asked to create an account, inputting all my details only to be told that I have an account already. Try to login and forced to creat an account…. And repeat….

Trying to sign in it’s not working

I am not able to create account

Not much good when it says you should prebook with an additional charge and the app has no option for it.

Cannot complete the update on the app so l cannot use the app I have called the number for help but to no avail

Not helpful at all All I wanted to do was book lounge pass for Manchester One hour later still not successful Trying to get me to do priority pass when i already have lounge key???!!

You join this club so you can use it at an airport but they don’t offer a simple thing. You can’t book a space in a lounge and they don’t provide the lounges contact details!!!!! There’s a Simple solution and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out!!!!!

I am a premium member of Scotiabank and have a visa infinite, for 4 years I didn’t have any issues with my card until it expired in November 2023; once I renewed I haven’t been able to access any LoungeKey area. I was told that I am a visible LoungeKey member but my card presents issues whenever it’s swiped and so they are not allowed to let me in. My bank has reviewed my card and ran some test and found no issue; they suggest it’s a problem with LoungeKey and visa

Now asked to re-enrol to use new features, but having gone through process told that there is already an account with my details! Back to square 1

Useless app. Does not recognise card number. What else can I do?!
