Great app! …need better QC
I will update this rating back to 4 or 5 stars once this bug is fixed in the app. There is a support thread going right now where on both the web version and the iPad app, there is an issue where moving the mouse pointer near controls along the edges causes the canvas to scroll away in the opposite direction. Makes the app basically unusable. Really seems like that is something that should have been caught before a release.
iOS devs should be fired
iOS version of this app straight up doesn’t work at all. Cannot look at any diagrams without the screen going blank. What are your engineers doing?

Screen goes blank
When opening a diagram the screen goes completely blank with no controls visible whatsoever. The only option is hard killing the app.
Requiring team/enterprise plan to use this is wack
Whatever product manager thought this was an appropriate plan is absolutely off their rockers. Holy cow.
Constant refresh
Anytime I zoom or move the image on a page, my phone instantly refreshes causing for the most aggravating loop withholding me from my documents. It was not like this on iPhone until the most recent update
Can’t use even with paid individual plan
The fact that this app is locked for team and enterprise plans is a shame. Paying a standard monthly fee should be enough to use the app at a bare minimum.
Won't support such a penny pinching company
No longer support individual accounts on the app, then why pay $100/yr for this at all. Cheap penny pinching company I will no longer support. Cancelled subscription as well, there are better cheaper solutions these days for just web based apps. 👎
