På nettsidene kan man opprette en bruker med hvilken som helst epost-adresse, men man gis ikke mulighet for å logge inn med den i denne appen. Trykker jeg på feltet merket "Email" skjer det ingenting. Jeg får ikke tilgang til å skrive noe i feltet. Det oppfører seg ikke som et input-felt. På nettsidene kan man logge inn med kontoer fra Yahoo, Microsoft og Google, mens i denne appen kan man logge inn med kontoer fra Apple, Microsoft og Google. Hvorfor er det ikke samsvar mellom innloggingsmetodene?

What’s the point of paying for a subscription if they don’t allow access with an individual subscription? Their competitors do this so why can’t they?
I really like Lucid Chart and use it for my business operations and to create clear charts, but the fact it's not available for individuals is making me reconsider my subscription. Additionally, the website redirects me to the app, which I cannot use. Let's fix this please.
I’ve been a user of Lucidchart for 10 years and was able to use this app with my individual subscription to access documents on the go. You’ve been slowly taking away features and access to the everyday user while pushing other products. I don’t understand why you can’t allow individual users access to their files on the mobile appsubscription should cover this.
I pay 100$ annually for this program but I’m not eligible to use the mobile app? Can you update this please?
Even if you’re paying for individual account, you can’t use the app.
After using this for 6-8years they just kicked me off from using the app and they are still charging me every month. They did this without warning. Unfortunately it’s a new problem I have to deal with finding a new program and canceling etc..
